<![CDATA[No sound]]>For some weeks now I have had no sound on Opera at all. Doesn't matter where I try to watch something - on a website, on facebook or on Youtube, no sound. I have sound on other browsers.
It's possible this started after I updated flash. However, I don't know how to turn flash off (some sites I visit need flash, so that would only be temporary) or what to do. I did uninstall Opera using an Iobit uninstaller and reinstalled, but it didn''t make any difference. Would appreciate any one who can help me.

Also, while Opera is open, right-click on the volume icon in the systray at the bottom right of your screen, choose "open volume mixer" and turn the volume for Opera.

Try turning that on and see how you get on I don't know why Opera has to frig with audio but it does
