Opera 53.0 flat-out refuses to save handler for magnet: links

Opera v. 51 could open magnet links straight to torrent client, but this v. 53 only loads link, very annoying.

I can see if I can confirm on Windows 10. What program do you have as the default handler for magnet links on your system?
