Hello. This started suddenly.... Whenever i try to open opera it opens for like 1 second before it stops responding and crashes....if I try to open it again after that instance it says i don't have privileges to do so and can't open it for some time or until i restart my PC...and whenever I do open it again the same cycle happens. Please help!
