<![CDATA[Failed to install...]]>I'm using window 7 system, after downloading the software from https://www.opera.com/, and run it, it always shows downloading as below:

I downloaded the beta version first but changed my mind. The beta version installed but when I uninstalled it and tried to download the regular version, I got this same message.
