"Delay loading of background tabs"  selected, Opera will ALWAYS open them when starting up, which causes anywhere from a 3 to 15 minute delay in opening, plus, uses up as much as 5 GIGS or RAM!  Why is it continuing to load  ALL background tabs, when it's deselected, and why does it do that in the first place? It makes zero practical sense to open every single tab, upon opening...</p>
