I did that and it gave me the same build. I am wondering if it is because I have a Dell Alienware laptop and I have not been able to do the Windows 10 update yet. For some reason, that update isn't compatible with certain Dell Alienware PCs and laptops.

Version: 53.0.2907.43 - Opera is up to date
Update stream: Stable
System: Windows 10 64-bit

For some reason, I have not been able to update to the current build. I have un-installed and re-installed the one I have but it still won't update for me.
