Opera 20 will not update to Opera 21 on Desktop, but did on Laptop

I wonder if anyone can help, Opera 20 on my Laptop updated without a problem this morning, that is on Windows XP Home I believe, Service Pack 3 I expect, My Desktop is on Windows XP Professional Service Pack 3 but that seems to have a problem, it fails everytime, I have done what it said and un-installed and re-installed about 3 or 4 times now and still no luck, and I can't find anywhere in the opera browser settings or anywhere how to turn those updates off, so it won't check then remain on 20, if this can't be done then I will have to completely uninstall opera, I will try and post a pic of the screenshot I took below

it won't work this is what it says :- Failed loading launcher_lib.dll. please, reinstall Opera

You probably don't have a processor with SSE2 support...
