<![CDATA[Buffering problems with youtube]]>I've been an Opera user for awhile now but bought a new laptop a couple of days ago and am suddenly having problems with youtube. Video playback is fine on all other sites and don't have a problem with youtube with another browser.

Any suggestions?

My isp is throttling content they don't like.
