Can't open the browser

I realize that I should not use Opera developer as a normal browser and it's my own risk, but is anyone able to tell me what to do to make Opera run? Or at least recover unsynchronized bookmarks and pages from the "OneTab" extension

I would like to add that with the latest update, the content of the OneTab extension (Chrome plug-in installed on Opera) has been cleared. But this data probably disappeared forever.
