<![CDATA[question re. add-on's URL setting option]]>Question on the Extensions setting page (menu: Opera/Extensions). Several extensions have this option:

    Allow access to file URLs

What files would be accessed & how does functionality change if this option is selected?

(I tried to search for this topic, but couldn't get a combination of key words leading to answer)
