<![CDATA[Put Turbo control back into settings]]>My Opera Start up has been showing a white screen for over 30 seconds, which I traced down to Turbo mode being turned on by default, and not having a setting to turn it off.
Now I have turned it off using the command "opera://settings/?search=turbo" my opening is almost instant.
I am working on a 7Mbps line, so I don't understand why it should be so slow.
So please can you make the turbo setting viable again, so people like me can turn it off if it is causing problems?

Enabling advanced settings may be necessary.
