It should be in "C:\Program Files\Opera". If it's not there, look in "C:\Program Files (x86)\Opera". If it's not there, look in "C:\Users\yourusername\AppData\Local\Opera Software". You're looking for "launcher.exe".</p>
<p dir="auto">Double-left-click launcher.exe to see if Opera loads. If not, open a different browser. Goto <a href="http://opera.com" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow ugc">opera.com</a> and download Opera again. Launch the installer, click "options", set "install path" to "C:\Program Files\Opera", check "Make Opera Default Browser", set "install for" to "all users" and click "install". It'll say "upgrade" instead if Opera is already installed there.</p>
