It should be in "C:\Program Files\Opera". If it's not there, look in "C:\Program Files (x86)\Opera". If it's not there, look in "C:\Users\yourusername\AppData\Local\Opera Software". You're looking for "launcher.exe".

Double-left-click launcher.exe to see if Opera loads. If not, open a different browser. Goto opera.com and download Opera again. Launch the installer, click "options", set "install path" to "C:\Program Files\Opera", check "Make Opera Default Browser", set "install for" to "all users" and click "install". It'll say "upgrade" instead if Opera is already installed there.

That should fix things for you.

What did you do before the problem started? Opera was installed before?
