As a Windows Insider, my copy of Windows updates quite frequently. Unfortunately, after each update, Opera puts multiple unwanted promotional entries on my speed dial.

I understand your need to make money, but the services you are promoting are irrelevant to me and are a chore to remove instead. Please consider stopping adding these entries Windows upgrades itself.
