You have to check "show advanced settings" to see it. If that helps, your GPU might be too slow and or you have a driver issue. If it doesn't help, turn it back on and check opera://gpu. You could also reset everything to default in opera://flags.

What OS? 64-bit or 32-bit? 64-bit or 32-bit Opera?
