<![CDATA[File download is blocked by policy]]>I'm trying to download a calendar file, and I get the message "file download is blocked by policy".

1: Why?

2: Why can't I copy the test from that dialog, and why can't I copy the text from the "Details"?

So you have to ask the maintainers of the site why you're not allowed to download the file.
