<ul>
<li>white flashing when opening browser</li>
<li>white flashing when pressing CTRL+T for new tab</li>
<li>white flashing when in a new tab enter a site, then pressing enter, and before loading site content you see white flash, which is hurt eyes too</li>
<li>white flashing when closing tabs</li>

Win10 x64 USA, 1709, all latest and actual drivers installed.<br />
Hardware acceleration on/off does not make any difference<br />
The operation system is clean without any problems or issues.<br />
The issue happened on all chromium based browsers.<br />
At the video above explained and visually showed very problematic issue which make a lot of users to stop using opera.</p>
