tl;tr:

• white flashing when opening browser
• white flashing when pressing CTRL+T for new tab
• white flashing when in a new tab enter a site, then pressing enter, and before loading site content you see white flash, which is hurt eyes too
• white flashing when closing tabs

Win10 x64 USA, 1709, all latest and actual drivers installed.
Hardware acceleration on/off does not make any difference
The operation system is clean without any problems or issues.
The issue happened on all chromium based browsers.
At the video above explained and visually showed very problematic issue which make a lot of users to stop using opera.

Please fix the issue.
