This is only available, when importing bookmarks from an older version of Opera.

Fact is, that Opera has distributed a half finished browser, where some very important and required functions are just not ready.:-((

Many threads exist with instructions on how to import bookmarks from many different browsers.

Do you have another version of Opera installed on your computer?
