<![CDATA[Scrolling Issue]]>Version: 52.0.2871.40 - Opera is up to date
Update stream: Stable
System: Windows 10 64-bit (WoW64)

Using my mouse wheel, Opera decides to do slow scrolling. Instead of scrolling normally, it becomes like treacle and barely scrolls 1 line at a time and is VERY annoying. Again, this issue hasn't occurred before these latest updates.

Maybe it would be better if Opera renamed version 51 as 53 and pretended to people that it was the latest update because these latest updates really suck. Nothing but problems.
