Why did they have to change the whole interface for bookmarks anyway?  I can only see folders on the bookmarks toolbar, and folders there will not open.  All I get are blank white boxes where there should be folders.  How am I supposed to remove bookmarks or edit them without any access to an interface for that?</p>
<p dir="auto">Why am I stuck with tiles for bookmarks in the bookmarks bar?  Why can I not have a list as before?</p>

That is what wrecked the bookmark manager interface.  The dark theme with that setting makes no difference as to how it works.  That just changes the colours.  Why be so misleading about that setting?</p>
