Also, users shouldn't be messing around with any program data folder and that's why those folders are usually hidden by default.

And they are not browsing data so it wouldn't make sense to include them in the option to clean browsing data.

Don't need them. Just deleted them all. Doesn't seem to affect anything.
If they are any good why don't you put them in a folder and include them in deleting browsing data?
