Title Bars horrible look in case of using Dark theme.

Please fix the dirty gradient of the title bars in case of using dark theme. It looks horrible. Make it just gray - one color. hoped that it would be fixed...but it is still here since dark theme adding.

@leocg zoom picrture and watch on the horizontal lines on the title bar. I`t not clearly grey.

@leocg here is the example with Edge and Vivaldi. Grey is clearly grey without lines.
