<![CDATA[Importing bookmarks from 12 to 21]]>I have installed opera 12 and it imported bookmarks from IE 8 I wanted to import the bookmarks from 12 to 21 as explained in the help files of 21, Nothing happened the import Bookmarks in opera 21 stayed gray.

Can anyone tell me what to do to complete this task please.

I uninstalled opera 12 and opera 21 using a program called softorganiser which removed opera and any registry entries left over, I then re-booted the PC and re-installed both opera's making sure they installed in separate directories.

I imported from IE into opera 12, then I exported from 12 to my desk top, started opera 21 selected bookmark importer and was presented with the Add bookmark page and in my case selected import to the bookmark bar, which showed all the bookmarks from opera 21. after that just followed the onscreen instructions.

At last I have a opera browser I can use now.
