Additionally, when a tab has been open for a period of time, especially in a separate window, a white block appears below the end of the tab. Loading up developer tools shows that the block is not a part of the page.

An example of the white block below:

https://www.dropbox.com/s/3w4hoaji4l6jb5n/Screenshot 2018-03-09 11.12.12.png?dl=0

And a screenshot with Developer Tools to better highlight the gap:

I'm on 51.0.2830.55, using Mac OS X 10.12.6.

The behavior fixes itself if I switch tabs.

I assume the problems are related.

But when I switch tabs and go back to the tab in the same window, it disappears.

I've yet to crash since the update, but the white bar issue still lingers. Of note, the issue seems to worsen when a window is fullscreen and is not used for a while. I left this tab open for about two hours, and here's how it looked when I got back to it:

https://www.dropbox.com/s/1rft2yqpulqsd5w/Screenshot 2018-03-16 13.15.57.png?dl=0

(Note: As I stated earlier in the thread, I've turned on developer tools when taking these screenshots to make the white space gap more apparent, as it's hard to notice with just a screenshot on its own.)

I think this is related to the latest "stable" build as everything was working fine in the previous version and the problem started happening after the most recent update (few hours ago). I have started a separate thread discussing my problem but I thought I will let you know that you are not alone where crashing is concerned...
