"" please re-install    and i removed opera and reinstalled it 3 times but still getting the same error message? any help is appreciated and please be exact in laymens terms cause im a beginner lol</p>

<p dir="auto">Any reason why you did not get it from Opera's official website ?, just asking as it (the installer) has less chance of being tampered with.</p>

The file should be in your Opera program folder (in the folder with the version name).<br />
Check that it's there.<br />
