<![CDATA[Twitch not streaming above 480p on Opera]]>Hello,

Currently, I have been having an issue with Opera where Twitch does not stream on any high qualities. I have good internet (120 mbps), and on Firefox and Edge, it is not an issue. If set to Auto, streams will always go to 480p with 30 FPS, and if I choose a higher resolution and fps, the settings wheel spins endlessly and never changes. Is there a setting I am missing or is there an issue with Opera itself?

I've similar problem but in other services. Youtube ofen cannot stream with higher resolution than 360p or even it's unable to play videos.
