having issues here for about three months, did a clean install windows and even adjusted my internetpackages, Opera keeps buffering YT its so annoying. I have sinned and used other browsers too and no problems there, did all extensions on and off (idontcareaboutcookies and Ublock) and problem keeps appearing.

does anybody have a fix for this?
