If you never used Opera for Windows, I'm afraid that utility won't help as it's only for Windows.

Did you ever ask Opera to save your password?
If so even though it may not now be offering it, you might be able to recover it.
Look here, the utilities are free.
The one for Chrome should work with current Opera versions, don't use the one that says it's for Opera as that is for the old Presto versions.

Also, reseting synced data only remove it from the servers, not from your devices.

In hurry One can Press three click at a time.

So, If deleted by mistake then
There should be still acope you can recover from trash /Recycle Bin.
