I rarely want to save exe files, but there's no Run option for version 20. I there a way to activate Run?</p>
<p dir="auto">Also, is there a way to stop a download when it is in progress?</p>

You save it, and then run it from wherever you saved it by double clicking on it. The way Opera 20 works, you can stop a pause a download, but can't seem to clear it.  However, you can stop a download in progress with</p>
<p dir="auto">with the Fruumo Download Manager in the Chrome store. .</p>
