<![CDATA[Opera freeze after profile login attempt]]>I have opera freshly installed on a brand new computer with freshly installed Ubuntu 17.10. When I try to login and sync, opera freeze and eventually I have to force stop the browser. I also have opera installed on two other different machines (Linux mint 17.3, and Linux mint 18.1) where I don't have this issue. This is similar to this report:

I don't have any extensions installed.

Despite all seems to be new, try renaming your profile's folder.

  • OMenu > About Opera

Follow the path to the profile with your folder's explorer and test it.
