I have this constant problem after a cleansing with Glary Utilities: the pages in Opera loads partially with a lot of errors. Not a big issue but quite annoying and "has to be fixed" subject...

Would be an option,
but I suppose it should clean the whole cache.

Try looking - some more - at settings or google it, maybe you can to add the cache folders manually, at least in cCleaner you can add other folder to be cleaned.
Also you can use WinApp2, a community option to clean more program folders.

Refreshing fix the problem?

I use cCleaner and Opera Cache option is enabled to be cleaned, so after run it, Opera starts previous session tabs as blank tabs, when you click on them they reloads themselves, - hint to save Ram and Disc -.
