перейти в свою папку %AppData%\Roaming\Opera Software\Opera Stable та відкрити файл Local State. Де в параметрі {"country":"ua","country_from_server":"UA"} (де ua/UA відповідно коди вашої країни) та замінити їх на {"country":"us","country_from_server":"US"}
