I installed XMARKS from xmarks.com. It took a good long while until the addons manager demanded approval. But then, it installed quickly. I signed on and used the option to save the bookmarks on the server and overwrite the bookmarks on Opera 20.0. I pressed sync to see what would happen. Much to my surprise it populated my bookmarks bar with exactly the bookmarks I have on Firefox. I have over 3000 bookmarks in 16 folders. A little tweaking, and I'll be good.
