I have installed Opera 49.0.
Please tell me how to make a desktop shortcut to always open in a new browser window, regardless of whether the browser is open before and what tabs.
Tried to make a Shortcut and specify the object:
"C:\Program Files (x86)\Opera\launcher.exe" https://......
but opens a new tab, when using a key -private
"C:\Program Files (x86)\Opera\launcher.exe" -private https://......
page opens in a private window.

Also not sure if it honors the private switch.
