I don't know what the problem with it is these days but after it being my main browser for some years now I think I am going to have to ditch it.

Don't know if they use the same code for the GPU's.

I have installed Opera developer 51.0.
But your install's one is also greater than Chrome.

In Opera appears an Extension: Video, also, SpeedDial would consume some resources compared to the Chrome Start page, appart of that it seems that you have an Extensions tab opened too.

At the other hand,
and If appears in Chrome too, you should show up the full memory footprint to look closer the memory consume.
