The problem is that Adobe Flash Player doesn't work with out new Opera.
You have to install older version of Opera, and it will work.

Install the User-Agent 007 extension and mask as Chrome for the vpnexpress.net domain to hide Opera from the site so that you get what you'd get in Chrome.
