Not profile picture mind you.<br />
Clicking the pic.twitter.... link its asks me to sign in.<br />
Click the photo link it takes you to that persons profile.</p>

Since Opera Mini is still using the Presto engine, it cannot run modern Mobile Twitter, so Twitter requires you to get an account/login to do stuff on classic Mobile Twitter.</p>
<p dir="auto">You'll have to contact Twitter staff and tell them of this problem.</p>
