Ok but i am using Windows 7 32bit but not asking to launch torrent in browser i was using firfox and chrom but when i saw a friend using opera than i like very much Opera features specially its main speed adding tabs and all things but it is not automatically fetching magnetic torrent link

Renaming the install folder I receive this message.
If this is what you see, check the Handlers at Opera settings or try reinstalling the Torrent application.

Your problem is old Opera vs new Opera new opera no longer allows the downloading of torrents from within the browser so you'll need to install an bitorrent client like uTorrent or qBittorrent or some other client and then set that as the default program to open .torrent files or magnet links also magnet links are not a savable file like a .torrent file
