<![CDATA[Allowing downloads of same file is]]>the only thing I truly dislike about Opera. I download a lot of files and like being alerted that a file of the same name already exists because I already downloaded it. Tor Browser's handling via an overwrite prompt when there is a duplicate file name is something I rely on and miss in Opera.

Hopefully this will be an option added.
