<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?><rss xmlns:dc="http://purl.org/dc/elements/1.1/" xmlns:content="http://purl.org/rss/1.0/modules/content/" xmlns:atom="http://www.w3.org/2005/Atom" version="2.0"><channel><title><![CDATA[Unable to load Opera]]></title><description><![CDATA[<p dir="auto">Since I upgraded to macOS High Sierra I can't use Opera on my main account.  On opening I get:</p>
<p dir="auto">"Can't open user profile directory, because you lack sufficient privileges. You might want to contact the administrator of this machine."</p>
<p dir="auto">I tried contacting myself but I was no use, Google as I might I can't figure out what file it can't open.  If I create a new Mac user Opera works fine for that user. All other apps and browsers work fine.  I've reinstalled etc to no avail.</p>
<p dir="auto">Grateful for any help</p>

I spend 99.9% of my time in my standard account, so applications that I added went into that account, and they are working there.</p>
