<![CDATA[Menu bar in Opera 49]]>I'm a probie in the use of Opera. Now it looks like I've done something that caused that the menu bar has vanished. I've been searching in help files but I can not find the opties in my browser(version?) that match with what is published in the help files. When I open the menu by clicking the Opera logo I find several options, including Settings, but nowhere I can find how to realize that the main menu in text is visual on top of the tabs.
Can someone tell me what to do?

  • Have you installed Opera and after checking the Help you've seen the image and its differences?

You can report the issue using "@ Opera-Employees" - just delete the space between the "@ and Opera-..." -, adding any other related and needed info and making a new post in this one thread.

You can click on the Opera icon to get the menu, that has changed too.

Your local screenshot is from Windows 10, are you talking about your W10 machine or about a W7 one?

In the screenshot that is part of the helppage it says next to the Opera logo that there should be a (Main) menu. The submenu's in that screenshot are different than the one's in the main menu I cab open.

I thought that would be the way to get the proper information. I wouldn't know how to reach the wanted help information otherwise.
