Webroot flagging Opera 49.0.2725 as pua.Superweb

On all my computers, Webroot anti-virus software is flagging the latest stable Opera release as containing pua.Superweb (pua = Potentially Unwanted Application). According to the Enigma Software site, this is reported to contain the Browsesmart add-on which traces user's browsing, records IP addresses and may result in identity theft. Has anybody else encountered this issue? Does Opera actually contain the Browsesmart add-on or other software authored by SuperWeb, LLC?
On one computer, I let Webroot "remove the threat without harming your files", but now Opera won't connect via VPN to any website. Haven't tried rebooting or restarting yet; want to figure this out before I go messing around.
