<![CDATA[Video of Twitch stream is paused when tab is not active]]>When you watch a stream on Twitch and put the tab in the background (either switch to another tab or minimize the browser window) the sound keeps playing. However, when you switch back, the video has stopped and needs at least 3 seconds to continue.

This hasn't been the case in earlier version and it does not happen in other browsers. Please fix this problem. It is very annoying.

I guess maybe Chromium have enabled 'Optimize background video playback' by default. If so then you shoud be able to turn it off by now in opera://flags#disable-background-video-track

You have to minimize it for like 30 seconds and and maximize it again. Not yet tested if it matters but the stream is 1080p60.
