If I manually launch the 21.0.1432.39 version they are all there.</p>

Opera should re-create the database and start re-generating all thumbnails.</p>

(I'm fuzzy myself on the right word)? Maybe your cache somehow got cleared in 21.0.1432.48, but if you click on the item, do you still go to the right address.  If so, then for some reason, the thumbnail part of the Speed Dial has stopped working because of the update, even though the address is still there.  Can you uninstall 21.0.1432.48, and then reinstall the update?  If the problem persists, that sounds like you should file a bug report.</p>
