<![CDATA[Download folder is ignored]]>I have set download folder in settings to be
C:\users\name\downloads\

But when I download a file, the default location is the location of the previous saved file. How to make the download folder the one to be suggested everytime?

windows 10 home, 64-bit

like we had with

opera://flags/#show-save-file-dialog-on-risky-download

I think a normal prompt is enough and less annoying.
