Hi - back to try Opera again after missing it for years after Chrome backend switch (which destroyed my researching workflow). Now that Speed Dial is back, and Folders in Speed Dial, I noticed that every time I drag a new link into a folder that it keeps adding it into the first position in the folder. Please expose that option so I can make it default to the last/end position. It's very time consuming to try to setup a folder of links in the order I want only to have to rearrange them EVERY time.
