<![CDATA[Data usage not reduced in opera mini on iPhone 4]]>I recently received a iphone 4, loaded opera mini, however data usage tends to match Original Size rather then the Received Size listed in the Data Usage tab. This is also backed up by my ISP providers App with regard to data usage. Could someone help me to fix this issue as its using up too much of my data.

First, go to O > settings > image quality and reduce it. Images are bandwidth hogs.

Second, make sure nothing else is running in the background that might be moving data. ios email will continue to check even after you close it. Others, too.

A bit of quick testing shows more data used than Mini claims, but still less than half of the total data ios Usage reports.
