I have a new laptop, just downloaded opera and I discovered that I can't run flash. Of course, it's installed on my new pc, but I still don't have access to sites I had with my older pc, such as pixlr editor. When I enter settings page, it doesn't even have the 'allow to run flash' option. What can I do? I've never had this problem before

Go to Adobe's Flash download page - using Opera - and download and install the correct version for your system. Then restart Opera and see if it works.
