On my speed-dial I have a handful of useful bookmarks to internal Opera resources as follows:

opera://bookmarks
opera://history
opera://flags
opera://extensions
opera://settings
opera://sync-internals/

In this current build, clicking on any of these - except (strangely) the 'flags' link - fails to load the desired page. I can open a new tab, type these URLs into the address bar, hit return and they load as normal but the 'links' created in the Speed Dial do not work any more.

This has worked in general for a long time - more than a year - and I believe it has stopped working in either the current or a very recent build.

Would love to have it work again, appreciate this is not a show-stopper on browser functionality however.
