Why do you think there are no other well known web browsers available on Windows Phone other than IE and UC browser ?.

Where's Chrome for WP ?, Where's Firefox for WP ?, Where's Chromium for WP ?, Where's Boat browser for WP ?, Where's any Gecko/Blink/Webkit browser for WP ?.

See a pattern there ^^^ ?.

The possibilities are: that Microsoft have put so many restrictions in their ecosystem that browser developers are not interested, or that Microsoft are only interesting in a one browser system, or that the market share of WP is still not big enough for large developers to invest time and money into porting their software to WP yet.
