<![CDATA[Voice / Microphone doesn't work]]>When trying to use Google voice in opera or do a spoken text translation in Google translator it is as if opera doesn't hear. Opera version 48.0.2685.52 (PGO)

It works in all other browsers. I am really liking opera now and don't want to go back to chrome, as that browser has become stuck in 1999

If somebody can help or has a suggestions. Thanks

i dunno if ths will help, but go to pc settings in 8.1 and or win 10 .. then click privacy and then micophone ckeck to see if slider is on if so check the apps that you wanna have mic for..

Maybe you need to allow the page to use the mic?

Anyway it doesn't work here either, latest O49beta x64, Win7 x64. I can click on the microphone on the left but I don't get a notification about allowing the microphone, nor can you whitelist the site manually.

Also, when I use a web page or opera extension that needs to use the microphone, like Google voice, its though as if the Mic doesn't exist. In chrome, exploder and Firefox it works fine.

On Google translator you are clicking on the icon to hear the word and there is no sound or you are trying to use a microphone to ' write' something and what you speak is not recognized?
